The present Terms define the terms and conditions for using the Belluna mobile application, published by Eroudini Abdillah.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the Belluna app implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the application.

3. Service description

Belluna is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Scan food products using their barcode.
• Consult a local database of food items already registered.
• Get a verdict on whether a product is compatible with their dietary profile (OK, OK but…, Avoid).
• Benefit from AI-powered food analysis (Claude Sonnet, developed by Anthropic).

4. Subscriptions and pricing

Belluna offers paid subscriptions whose management (subscription, renewal, cancellation) is handled entirely through distribution platforms:

• Apple App Store for iOS devices.
• Google Play Store for Android devices.

Payment, renewal and refund conditions are governed by Apple and Google policies.

5. Intellectual property

All elements composing the Belluna application (design, texts, images, logos, source code, database) are the exclusive property of Belluna and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

Information provided by Belluna is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. The user remains solely responsible for their food choices. Belluna cannot be held liable for direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of the information provided by the application.

The application uses AI models that may, in rare cases, provide inaccurate results. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional for any question related to your diet.

7. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the app in accordance with its purpose and these Terms.
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or access the app systems without authorization.
• Not use the app for illicit or unlawful purposes.

9. Changes to the Terms

Belluna reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes. Continued use of the application after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
